The Changing Face of Lincoln Brayford

This is an architect's impression of the new nine screen multiplex cinema to be built on the Brayford as seen from Newland looking towards Wigford Way. Demolition of the former Kwik Save building, which currently occupies the site, is due to start towards the end of April confirmed Stephen Bradford, a partner at Hodgson Elkington, the chartered surveyors who are agents for the developer, Simons Estates and Odeon Cinemas. Mr Bradford also confirmed that the site had now been purchased by an undisclosed institutional investor. The new cinema is due to be completed and opened in the summer of 2001.
