Expansion leads to new
appointment

Increased activity in the commercial property
market in Lincoln has led to the appointment
of a new member of staff at chartered surveyors,
Hodgson Elkington.
Alastair Twell joins the firm's Lincoln office
as a trainee surveyor having previously worked
for Hyder. He lives at Ingham and in his spare
time is a keen badminton player.
"I am looking forward to a career in
this interesting and fast moving field"
and I am hoping to train and qualify as a
chartered surveyor, said Alastair.
Alastair will be working in the partnership's
commercial agency department where he will
be involved with industrial, office and retail
property sales
and lettings throughout mid Lincolnshire.
"This appointment reflects the area's
growing commercial property sector and underlines
the buoyant nature of the market in Lincoln
and the region," said partner, Daniel
Race.
