Consultancy expands in Lincoln

A Lincoln based high-tech internet and computer
security consultancy - Centrinet Limited -
has relocated its expanding operation into
new premises which are more than four times
larger.
Demand for its services meant that Centrinet
Limited had outgrown its small office suite
off Doddington Road and the company and its
21 staff have moved into a prestigious 4,600
sq ft, self contained suite at Witham Park
House, Waterside South.
"We had spent several months looking
for suitable premises and Witham Park offered
us the accommodation and the flexibility we
require to run our 24 hour a day operation
providing to services to customers in thirty
seven countries," said Centrinet director,
Kelly Smith.
Centrinet, set up in 1995 by directors Kelly
Smith and Chris Brown, has seen a steady increase
in demand for its consultancy services providing
high-tech internet and computer security.
"We are delighted to welcome Centrinet
to Witham Park House and hope that other companies
will soon follow," said Luke Pickering,
director of the landlords Simons Estates.
The premises have been refurbished and modified
by Wrights Construction to accommodate the
specific needs of Centrinet.
"Negotiations are progressing well on
two other suites in Witham Park House and
we expect to be in a position to announce
new developments very soon," said Daniel
Race, partner at agents, chartered surveyors,
Hodgson Elkington. "The short distance
from the city centre and good on site car
parking make Witham Park House a very attractive
commercial proposition," added Mr Race.
Centrinet join existing occupiers, Anglian
Water, Lincolnshire County Council, Lincs
FM and Dragons Health and Fitness Club.
