Expansion leads
to new appointment
Increased activity in the commercial property
market has led to the appointment of a new
senior management and evaluation surveyor
at Lincoln and Newark chartered surveyors,
Hodgson Elkington.
Tim Shaw, a graduate of the University of
Northumberland and Newcastle with an honours
degree in Estate Management, he previously
managed the commercial properties of the Freshwater
Group in central London and the South East.
As a commercial surveyor with over five years
property management experience he specializes
in the pro-active property management of commercial
portfolios. In addition he has the ability
to source suitable investments for new and
existing clients.
Experienced in professional work, he will
deal with party wall awards, rent reviews,
lease renewals and formal valuations throughout
Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. He lives
in Newark and is a formula one championship
hovercraft racer.
