Simon (Sam) Elkington

Managing Partner
Sam Elkington is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has an Honours Degree in Urban Land Economics. He has been involved in the business for over 30 years and during which time he has specialised in property management and related professional fields. He now provides expert advice on property investment management, dilapidation and Housing Act matters and has a special interest in the economic regeneration of rural areas. Sam was one of the founding partners of the new partnership formed in 1990. Married with two sons, interests include rugby and shooting. |

Daniel is a keen motorcyclist, he is married with two daughters. |

Tim Shaw is a graduate of the University of Northumberland at Newcastle with an honours Degree in Estate Management. Tim previously managed the Commercial Properties of the Freshwater Group in Central London and the South East, returning to the East Midlands in 1997.
He specialises in the pro-active property management of clients' commercial portfolios. Experienced in professional work Tim deals with Party Wall Awards, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Formal Valuations throughout Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Schedules of Condition, Dilapidations and Project Management are of special interest. |

Marie Gutteridge

Marie Gutteridge is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and holds a degree in Urban Estate Surveying. Marie joined the Company in April 2007, having had over 18 years experience working for EMDA (formerly English Estates), Lincolnshire County Council and more recently HBS ( partners with LCC). She has experience in disposals, acquisitions,valuations, planning and all aspects of Estate Management. Her role within the Company will be to tackle the growing volume of rent review and lease renewal work, in addition to taking an active role in other aspects of the business. |
